Huawei Starts Postal Repair Service For Customers Convenience Edit |

Huawei Mobile Pakistan has recently announced to start one of its kind, Postal Repair Service across the country. This service allows Huawei smartphone customers to send their phones for repair through postal service.

The company has signed an agreement with the leading courier company, TCS to provide this service; however it is limited to high-end smartphones only and accidental damage is not covered under this service.

Whenever a Huawei customer wants to make a warranty claim to get the phone repaired, he / she need to dial the toll free helpline 0800-00016, provide the details and the TCS representative will collect the faulty device from customers home or office at a given time. Customer can also visit TCS express center to avail this service during working hours.

The faulty device will be then taken to service center and customer will receive updates about the status of handset through SMS. Within the stipulated time faulty device will be sent back to customer premises.

There will be no charge for pickup or delivery of device. However customer needs to pack the device before handing over to TCS and take any necessary data backups.
